Non-Profit Sector Sponsorship Packages

The “Kids Play Fair” brings all the resources, ideas and experts in Stanislaus County into one place, on one day, to assist in providing children support for both structured and unstructured play. Play allows children to be active, calm their minds, follow their own ideas, pretend, be creative and build physical, social, and intellectual skills. In fact, play is the main way that young children learn.

This event is dedicated to educating parents and caregivers in what healthy play looks like and how it can be implemented among children of all abilities and all ages! “The Awesome Spot Playground” is the beneficiary of all the proceeds via donations and sponsor commitments to this event.

Non-Profit Service Booth Space: $250*

* Non-Profit Waiver – avoid paying the $250 fee by providing an all-day play experience for children on event day.  Whatever you choose, whether it’s “Pin the tail on the Rhino”, hula hoop, cake or candy walk, corn-hole or something your team creates there are 4 hard and fast rules:

  1. Your game cannot involve any type of video screen
  2. Your game must be adaptable for children of all abilities
  3. Your game must be FUN & Educational!
  4. Promote parental interaction and education about outdoor and physical play.

Prize Donation – another part of your Non-profit fee waiver is providing a prize valued at $100 or more as part of the booty for the “Fireman’s Ball Drop” and/or “Event Map Scavenger Hunt”
